Pernickety pearls

In our contemporary designs for pearls, we seek to exploit the ways in which they are different from faceted gems or cabochon cut opals. Pearls grow into different shapes, either regular or amorphous, and offer us the possibilities of stringing them, holding them or squeezing them between metals. Sometimes we design them as the ‘fruit’ of a shape, sometimes we set them by tension between the ends of a ring.
