The Director and his Tooth ring

This now-famous ring was commissioned by a film director. His husband had a wisdom tooth out and it seemed a waste to leave it at the dentist’s. As it was such a fine tooth, with long elegant tails, we cut it in two, and set the head to one side, with the tails weaving into the shank on the other.

The head reflects in the polished face of the other side. After a while, our director friend could no longer wear it for press interviews…he said it simply stopped all discussion about his film…
